Individuals registering as freelancers (e.g. host/hostess, interpreter, photographer, etc.)
Clients submitting staffing requests or bookings via the website
Visitors accessing information or completing forms on the website
By using the website or submitting a form, you acknowledge and accept these terms as binding.

2. Freelancer Registration

1.Registration as a freelancer is voluntary and free of charge.
2.To enable placement, the provision of truthful information is required, such as:
Complete contact details
Work experience, language skills, photographs
Proof of self-employment (e.g. trade license, tax number)
3.There is no entitlement to placement or review of applications.
4.In cases of misconduct, false information, or unreliability, Nextfair reserves the right to deactivate or
delete profiles without providing reasons.

3. Requests & Use by Clients

1.Clients may request personnel via forms or contact fields.
2.Submitting a request does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only concluded when the
booking is confirmed in writing (e.g. by email) by Nextfair.
3.Using the website to directly contact talents in order to bypass Nextfair is strictly prohibited.
4.Clients agree to provide accurate information and request only legally and ethically acceptable
assignments.

4. Role of Nextfair

1.Nextfair is not the employer of the placed freelancers.
2.The contract for the provision of services is concluded directly between the freelancer and the
client.
3.Nextfair acts solely as a facilitating platform and assumes no responsibility for the fulfillment,
quality, or execution of agreed assignments.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Use of the website is at your own risk.
Nextfair assumes no liability for:
The availability or technical functionality of the website
Content of external sites linked to
Damages arising from use or inability to use the website
Nextfair is not liable for the performance, reliability, or conduct of placed freelancers.
Freelancers act on their own account and are solely responsible for the proper execution of
assignments.

6. Data Protection

The use of the website and the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the
Privacy Policy.
Registered users (clients and freelancers) consent to the storage and processing of their data for
handling requests and placements.

7. Code of Conduct & Account Suspension

All registered users agree to respectful, professional, and fair communication on all channels.
In cases of gross misconduct, abuse, or fraud, Nextfair may deactivate or delete the user's profile at
any time.

8. Amendments to the Terms of Use

Nextfair reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time.
Changes will be published on the website. In the case of significant changes, registered users will also
be informed via email.

9. Jurisdiction & Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Jurisdiction is Gelnhausen, Germany, where legally permissible.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions
shall remain unaffected.
